soccer tryouts were today. i sprained my ankle 30 minutes before i left for tryouts which was a big bummer. but i played okay. i have a huge english paper due friday, which i have yet to even start. but i know that God is in complete control and will help me through all of this. thats all :) | | |
| So basically....small groups are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! everyone in my small group brings so much love, and i find it so amaazing how we are all diff. and unique in our own ways, yet we all bond in such a special way that only God can do. anyways...i am so glad it is almost friday!! my friends from prague and france are coming to visit me and Rachel R. so we are going to hangout wtih them! Play is on saturday!! this weekend should be exciting.... ......well i better go....i still have hw, yet i have decided that it is more entertaining to write on xanga and talk to collin and chris. but i really should go now. hope you all have a great night. love me | | |
| so basically i haven't written in forever and i need to update. well it was so nice to have a long weekend. friday my small group and I went to Mrs. Grubb's house and hung-out with Mr. Grubb's small group. it was fun. then steph got asked to banquet and it was so entertaining to watch me and autumn try and get her outside so she could be kidnapped and taken into the woods where Jack was waiting. haha....anyways...then yesterday i just hung-out at the dorm and talked to jessica, it was fun. and today after church i went to my parents house up in holzen and helped them unpack and ran with my dad. its so weird having two homes and two sets of parents. its going to be so depressing when i leave the dorm...but i dont want to think about that right now. well, dorm devo's are in like 3 min. so i better go. love me | | |
| today was my first day back at school....it was pretty exciting. I was so happy to see everyone again even though I had only been gone for 4 days. I missed everyone so much. Italy was really depressing because for one, the weather was horrible and two, I didn't get to see any of my friends and i didnt get to go see the italy soccer game which I was all excited about getting to go watch. anyways...i got really behind in school and i am having to catch up on a lot of notes and stuff that i missed. another bad thing is that my grandpa is going to pass away this next week or two and i am going to have to go back to the states for about a week for his funeral, so not only is it going to be sad that he is passing away, but i am also going to get behind in school even more! and i have huge projects coming up in some classes and it is just really stressful. i really need to know that i can just trust God and everything will be okay, but sometimes life just seems the worst! so yea, that is basically what has been happening to me in the past couple days...i hope you all are having better days then me....... love to all. me | | |
| ugh. so today was a long day. however it is Autumn's birthday so thats always good =]. happy birthday autumn!!!! anyways...today all the juniors and some sophmores had the PSAT so I got to have a study hall in some of my classes which was nice cause I got to finish some homework. nothing really exciting really happened today. last night we had small groups which were amazing like always! i love my small group and the fact that I can be so open with them. you guys are amazing! well, tomorrow I go back to Italy so say a final goodbye to friends, school, soccer and my home. its gonna be really depressing, but we always end up saying goodbyes in our life, its just the way it is. it gonna be really hard though. i am also gonna be missing two days of school and i know im gonna get behind!!!! ahhh....! | | |
